✅Lead HR operations in Mexico, including employee relations, performance management and compliance.

✅Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR policies, employment law, and workforce planning.

✅Partner closely with global HR teams and business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

✅Support recruitment efforts, especially for technology roles, ensuring top talent and onboarding.

✅Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment aligned with the company’s values.

✅Continuously optimize HR processes and programs for effectiveness and scalability.

👤 You’re a great fit if you have:

✔ 5–8 years of experience in human resources, ideally in a technology company or consulting environment.

✔ Exposure to the U.S. market or U.S.-based clients; strong cultural awareness is essential.

✔ Proven track record in managing core HR functions independently.

✔ Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

✔ Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.

✔ Fluent English communication skills – both written and verbal – are required.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
